Valhalla Tacos started as an idea to blend our Scandinavian heritage with foods we have grown up with and love. The influence of voyaging Vikings can be found throughout our modern culture because they blended in with the cultures and peoples they conquered. Our menu is centered around tacos and chili, complementing spiciness with hand made potato lefse and real Wisconsin cheeses. We search out local, fresh, natural ingredients and build relationships with our partners & suppliers to bring you the very best and allow you to put a face to your food. We offer an alternative to the every day and strive to exceed your expectations in every way.

Our Name
Valhalla is a majestic hall where Viking warriors go when they die, according to Norse Mythology. It is heaven. Viking halls were places of food, fellowship, and festivity. Where better to enjoy the food we serve? Tacos are traditionally mexican fair consisting of a corn or wheat tortilla wrapped around a filling. Tacos allow you to enjoy many delectable flavors in a convenient, handheld, package. We build on that concept by filling our tacos with a fusion of traditional and non-traditional flavors as well as offering our norwegian lefse as a delicious and sometimes surprising alternative.
Our Logo
Our logo is a pair of ravens back to back to form a 'V' for Valhalla. Why ravens? Ravens played an important role with Vikings and Norse mythology. The norse god, Odin, uses a pair of ravens, Huginn ("thought") and Muninn ("memory") to go on daily flights all over the world and bring back information. Valhalla Tacos builds on this symbolism by bringing you "Thoughtful food that you will remember".
